Breakfast: Bowl of fruit, chicken
Lunch: Beef Strogonaoff soup (did not eat potatoes), salad, 1/2 slice of pizza, 1 piece grilled chicken, 3 bites of linguine alfredo, 1 bite of cake
Afternoon snack: Handful mixed nuts
Dinner: Grilled asparagus, grilled broccoli, grilled chicken
