6/14/09 Diet

Breakfast: Bowl of fruit (strawberries, melon, pineapple)
Lunch: 6 strips of chicken (fried), 6 fries
Dinner: Red Hot & Blue 5 meat sampler (turkey, sausage, ribs, chicken, pulled pork), chili, 4 sweet potato fries
Snack: Bowl of fruit (strawberries, melon, pineapple)
